awww yes. iirc The Naval Treaty was the second episode they filmed. (Not totally sure, but it was an early one.) I wonder why it didn't appear again in another summery episode! Maybe the network got too many complaints from men questioning their sexuality. XD It stands out because it's one of the few costumes of his that has a tinge of *color*. (Jeremy envisioned his Holmes to be living in black-and-white.)
